Reporting into the Head of UX, our Digital Solutions department is looking for a Staff UX Engineer.

About Digital Solutions:

Digital Solutions is a highly strategic and crucial department for our product-focused company.

It was initiated with the aim of providing a modern and innovative suite of software & data solutions aligned with the Company portfolio strategy and with internal operational needs.

A lot goes through here: following the Gridspertise strategy and prioritization, Digital Solutions is in charge the entire design and execution of the Software solutions roadmap!

What you will do:

As Staff UX Engineer in the Digital Solutions department, you will handle all activities related to:

• Collaborate with the product design team to deliver high-quality, efficient, and high-performance user interfaces;
• Oversee the governance and evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards;
• Participate directly in the implementation of the product roadmap, ensuring FE solutions align with business goals, design definitions and user needs;
• Coordinate with product managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of UX engineering;
• Perform code reviews and mentor other engineers in both front-end development and design systems;
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in all designs and implementations;
• Define front-end CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows;
• Conduct regular code reviews to keep high standards of quality and performance;
Analyze technical needs with product teams and incorporate them into UX strategies.

Who you are:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field with:

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a senior-level UX engineer or FE developer;
• Advanced skills in front-end development technologies, including TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Micro frontends;
• Expert knowledge and contribution experience to design systems;
• Expert knowledge of code quality tools and methodologies;
• Understanding of internationalization and localization processes;
• Knowledge of AI tools like GitHub Copilot;
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and other platform areas within the company;
Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.
