A Day in the Life

Our plant (Mallinckrodt DAR) in Mirandola is part of the Machined Implantable, Capital and Disposable Operations cluster. We serve our Respiratory Response Unit to provide solutions and products that prevent the onset and improve the management of respiratory failure.

We are looking for a receptionist part time (4.5 hours/Day). You will pro-actively analyze and perform complex and diverse administrative tasks and manages the reception. Daily activities may include interaction with high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment. Must Haves

• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal), with good telephone etiquette
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Well organized, good at planning and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Problem solving
• Based in Mirandola

Nice to Haves

• Prior experience as Receptionist
