Your Mission

At Heero, we strive to continuously improve the quality of interactions between our users and our AI.

As a Mobile Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the development of our mobile application, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. You will work with Flutter/Dart to build and maintain our application, contributing to the future of language learning. Your role will involve collaborating with our product design team to create a user-friendly interface, and you will be responsible for mobile testing and managing the release process on app stores.

You will collaborate with a remote team using tools like Slack and Jira, and work within our Google Cloud-based infrastructure.

About You

• Proven experience in writing high-quality mobile applications with robust monitoring, including logs, metrics, and alarms.
• Proficiency in Flutter/DART.
• Some experience with Google Cloud, AWS, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Golang is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for UX design, with an appreciation for aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces.
• Experience in mobile testing and release management for app stores.

Our hiring process

Our hiring process is highly competitive because we aim to build a world-class team and accept nothing less than excellence.

1. Initial Screening with our CTO & Product Manager:

• Objective: Evaluate technical skills, problem-solving, and team fit.
• Format: 30-60 minute video or phone call.

2. Final call with the CEO:

• Objective: Evaluate alignment with company vision and values.
• Format: 30 minute video or phone call.
