We will count on you to:

• Provide expert legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution;
• Represent the organization to minimize legal, compliance and regulatory risk by resolving issues and ensuring adherence to business and legal standards;
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and related documents for business transactions;
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and Bank of Italy guidelines;
• Develop, implement and provide reporting on a variety of legal, compliance, regulatory and contractual matters;
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization and provide proactive advice and recommendations.
