About the Company: Our client is a leading multinational company. The Italian subsidiary, based in Milan and Bolzano, is looking for a

HR Specialist - Payroll & Admin (m/f/d) - Milano OR Bolzano

Your role:

  • Ensure correct data entry and management of changes in the payroll system, sending to the group payroll service provider.
  • Monitoring and tracking all relevant employee data (e.g. contracts, working hours, holidays, insurance, tax filing)
  • Covering the full cycle of employee data from hire to termination, including correction and updating of individual data, maintaining the employee data archive
  • Ensure reporting to the relevant authorities
  • Ensure correct application of tax regulations in conjunction with payroll provider
  • Produce reports, e.g. for labour costs, hours worked, provisions, statistical surveys, quarterly audits, year-end reporting, holiday monitoring
  • Manage the induction process of new employees, being the point of reference for all questions relating to labour regulations, contracts, payroll, social security, attendance, benefits, insurance
  • Ensure the completion of all administrative activities related to on-boarding and off-boarding, including communication with authorities, verification of tax-legal requirements, drafting of offer letters-contracts, facilitating the signing of mandatory documents by the employee. Communicate contract changes, manage resignations and notice periods
  • Communicating with all stakeholders (employees, managers, head office, service providers, local authorities)
  • Responsible for the correct application of health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • About 3 years work experience in similar role
  • Knowledge of HR SW, Workday preferred
  • Fluent in English (at least level B2)

Additional info:

  • Employment contract: Direct employment with the company, indefinite-term
  • RAL and classification commensurate with seniority, max. 45k
  • Place of work: Milan eastern part
  • Presence in the office is required, 6 remote working days per month
