Job Overview
The Real World Solutions (RWS) HR team is responsible for defining and leading the people strategy for RWS at IQVIA, managing key people processes and driving people initiatives that are instrumental to achieve business objectives. The team works closely with business leaders, using a data driven approach, to identify and address people challenges and build actionable solutions that are aligned with business priorities.

We’re looking for a Strategic Operations Lead to join the RWS HR team, working directly with the Real World Evidence (RWE) business area to support and lead various projects, programs and initiatives, in support of our RWS people strategy.

This role is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the highest levels of RWE business strategy and decision-making and develop a professional network across a global organization.


Essential Functions
  • Manage projects, programs, and initiatives in support of the RWE people strategy, including change management
  • Manage HR reporting and analytics for the business, providing data driven insights that inform recommendations and future strategies
  • Prepare material for key HR and business meetings, using strong storyboarding and incorporating HR data and analytics to highlight trends and inform recommendations
  • Effectively communicate and align with corporate, global, and regional HR to ensure the success of collaborative projects
  • Contribute to our people strategy, working with our Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Shared Services, etc.) to improve HR ways of working and deploy development initiatives for our HR community

Key Skills
  • High levels of intellectual curiosity and a desire to “soak-up” the breadth of knowledge that one is exposed to in the role
  • Strong business judgement and a willingness to comply with very high standards of confidentiality
  • Experience with project and program management, preferably from a consulting background
  • Ability to synthesize data / trends to get to the “so-what” for the intended audience
  • Ability to prepare engaging presentations and talking points for senior stakeholders
  • Able to adapt your communication style to various stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions and build meaningful relationships with them
  • Outcome oriented, with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
  • Good organizational skills, in particular, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • You have interpersonal, networking and communications skills (written and oral) and an ability to build strong, effective relationships with leaders
  • Innovative and willing to offer solutions

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and demonstrated consulting or HR processes experience
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience
  • Strong data and analytical skills and ability to think critically
  • Very strong with all MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint specifically)
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
