Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is looking for a Steward or Dishwasher, that will be primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, cookware as well as kitchens. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push moderate to heavy amounts of weight.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service
• Work well in a team
• Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment in the kitchen and stewarding areas
• Wash, clean and stock operating equipment and kitchen utensil

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Kitchen Hygiene
• 1-2 years work experience as Steward in a hotel or restaurant with good standards desirable
• Fluent in Italian
