Customer Support & Administrative Consultant:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support & Administrative Consultant to join our team in our Milano office.
You will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness. Additionally, they will provide expertise in optimizing data entry processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities in this role:
Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in data entries.
Collaborate with team members to understand data entry requirements and priorities.
Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
Assist with ad-hoc data-related projects as needed.

What you will need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Proven experience in data entry or data management role
Proficiency in data entry software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel or database management systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in business English and Italian.
