Your role at ITIT COSMETICS

We are looking for a skilled and talented Makeup Artist to join our team in ITIT Cosmetics.

The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for details and be able to create flawless makeup looks with the new products that he/she will be in charge to develop together with our R&D team and Technical Director.

The goal is to enhance our brands’ product portfolio keeping in mind their vision and our Company business strategy.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diversified range of customers and markets.

He/she will be expected to represent the our Company values and transmit them to the customers during the product presentation experience, together with the dedicated Key Account Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

From a creative point of view:

• Select, apply and blend various make-up products according to marketing concept and business strategy;
• During the product presentation, he/she will offer expert advice on different make-up looks, adapting them to skin tone and facial features. Consequently, this point will lead to a great support for the Sales Team in terms of new business development and client engagement;
• Keep up to date with make-up trends, techniques and product innovations to provide excellent service and advice to our brands;
• Respect the company's established business strategy;

· Ideation, creation and implementation of new launches in terms of product development and communication;

• Collaborate with our Graphic Design Team on elevated product and pack design;

From an operative point of view:

· Responsible for structuring and updating marketing presentation for internal and external usage;

· National and international trade show management, from logistic aspects to identification and creation of new marketing concepts and related capsule collections creation;

· Work in synergy with the other company functions involved: Technical Director, R&D Team, Packaging Division, Sales Team;

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Fluent in English (written and oral conversation). A second language will be very much appriciate it.

· Proven work experience as a travelling make-up artist;

· A certification or diploma in artistic make-up or a related field is preferable;

· A portfolio that shows your previous make-up work and demonstrates your skills and versatility is required;

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients;

· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

· Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment Results-oriented and flexible to change

· Excellent level of customer service.

· Fluent in English (written and oral conversation)

· Ability to multi-task and be action oriented

· Exercise independent judgement and decision-making

· Good knowledge of Office
