Summary:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Social Media Manager (or equivalent)
• Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns and driving engagement
• Expertise in major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and relevant tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
• Strong creative and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting data to inform strategic decisions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and timelines
