UniCredit Factoring, part of UniCredit Group, is a company specialized in the offering of Factoring products and services to companies, regardless of their size or business sector.

• defining the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) for all balance sheet items in terms of strategy, principles and computation ensuring consistency with the interest, liquidity and funding risk of the legal entity;
• ensuring that, in the origination phase, the price applied to customers is coherent with principles, rules and measures for creating value for the Group, though the development of pricing models and the ex-post monitoring of the new lending performance vs. target KPIs;
• proposing and executing the strategies for managing of liquidity profile and banking book interest rate exposure.

In a company undergoing transformation and aiming to modernize data management, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a crucial strategic role. The CFO is no longer solely responsible for accounting and financial control, but becomes a key driver of digital transformation, guiding the integration of advanced technologies to improve operational efficiency and support business decisions.

The role of the CFO in modernizing data management:

1. Driving digital transformation;
2. Developing digital skills;
3. Advanced data analytics: Leveraging Business Intelligence and analytics tools, the CFO transforms data into strategic information, supporting informed decision-making and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement;
4. Cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will be a full “Partner” of business structures, supporting them in all organizational issues embedded in their day-to-day activities.

Enthusiasm, proactivity and willingness to learn about Trade & Woca sector, products and dynamics;
Strong numerical agility and attention to details;
Deep knowledge of enterprise databases (SQL Server, Oracle, ...) and related objects (tables and procedures) in a comprehensive way;
Mastering with programming (Python, Visual Basic, Visual C, Java);
First language Italian and Fluent English is a strict requirement.
