Position Summary:
What is your role?

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Specialist to join our team and drive the efficient utilization of SAP ECC 6 within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Finance processes and extensive experience in implementing and optimizing SAP FI and CO modules.
Essential Responsibilities:
Your day in the life of SAP FI CO Specialist in ITT

  • Implement and support SAP FICO modules in both SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP 4.6 environments.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, blueprinting, and process design activities.
  • Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
  • Provide end-user support and training for SAP FICO functionalities.
  • Perform system testing and integration testing for SAP FICO configurations and custom developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FICO configurations, processes, and enhancements.
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of SAP FICO projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends, best practices, and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Position Requirements:
What will make you our perfect match?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules in SAP ECC 6.0.
  • Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.
  • Proven experience in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Polish or another European language is a plus.
  • SAP certification in FICO is preferred but not mandatory.

Nice to have
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
  • Knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
  • Experience with SAP FICO data migration and interface development.
  • Understanding of SAP FICO reporting tools and techniques.
  • Project management experience or certification PMP is an advantage.
