OBER-ATHLETICS è una società del Gruppo Oberalp che distribuisce il brand Under Armour per il mercato italiano.
OBER-ATHLETICS ha sede principale a Bolzano e si avvale di una rete di negozi diretti monomarca in prossima apertura su tutto il territorio nazionale.
Per il nostro nuovo negozio Under Armour a Bolzano (apertura prevista ad Agosto) stiamo cercando un/una Store Manager.
La/il candidata/o sará responsabile delle seguenti attività:
- Coordinamento e organizzazione delle attivitá di negozio
- Raggiungimento degli obiettivi quantitativi e qualitativi di vendita assegnati
- Formazione e supporto al Team di negozio
- Corretta gestione dell'assortimento di prodotto e dei livelli di stock
La/il candidato/a ha maturato una solida esperienza nel ruolo all'interno di contesti strutturati e organizzati e possiede i seguenti requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo almeno biennale
- Passione per lo sport
- Leadership
- Ottime capacitá relazionali
- Spirito di iniziativa e autonomia
- Conoscenza dei principali KPI di negozio e relativa analisi
- Ottime doti commerciali e organizzative
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
