As a Colour Automation Process Engineer, you will be responsible of the Supervision of Automation equipment for preparation and application of paints for the Car Refinish Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision, setting and control of the various steps of paint Application Process of the Automated lines
• Analysis and resolution of process errors, management of small mechanical maintenance activities, resolution of faults and process modifications on PLCs and/or machines
• Supervision of process queues and database management
• Supervision of supply of consumables and spare parts
• Update of operational and safety procedures
• Manual mode operation of robotic arms, automatic dispensers, paint spray guns
• Cooperation with the Maintenance and EHS teams during ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of the plant and utilities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Manufacturing Facilities
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and understanding of 5S and Safety and Environment guidelines.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills
• Good data analysis skills
• Ability

Education (required) - Degree in Industrial Engineering (alternatively chemical, mechanical or automation

Languages – Fluent English written and spoken.

Other preferred qualifications (optional):

• Previous experience with people management
• Basical knowledge of software programming
• Basical knowledge of PLCs (Rockwell or Siemens) and databases
• Basical Knowledge of PowerB
