Mission

The SOIP Manager (Sales Operation Inventory Planning) leads and facilitates the tactical (18 months) and strategic

(5 years) balancing demand / production-supply / stock process of his/her BU Sales & Operations Planning

(S&OP). He/she coordinates the different players who contribute to this process and ensures that the actions are

executed and that the expected data are consistent.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Analyze past sales and build the BU's demand plan in collaboration with marketing and sales; have it validated by

the BU. Propose and argue demands/resources balancing scenarios while controlling inventory (ensure the right

load/capacity balancing on mid-term (S&OP) and short-term (MPS-Master Planning Scheduler) horizons).

• Deploy the deliverables of the S&OP (demand, internal capacity, external load, stocks) to the entities concerned

(sales, industry, logistics, purchasing ...) and control the S&OP dashboard of his/her scope.

• Ensure the update of the demand (customer and internal forecast) in the operating systems; be the contact for all

  requests related to forecast on short/medium term horizon.

• Participate in the different milestones of product development and/or transfer studies

• Ensure the correct parameterization of the operating systems: shipping warehouse, p/n class, (including

replenishment lead time and alert quantity)

• Animate the review of the class with marketing, challenge proposals by conducting quarterly reviews of past sales

• Supervise, manage and animate the resources of the cross-functional SCM teams (PFEP analyst (Plan For Every

Part) and customer forecast assistant) of the site and participate in the development of their skills

Profile

Qualifications

• Degree (Engineering/Management) ;

• From 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management;

• Experience with SAP, Qlik, Colibri;

• PC/Office Suite literate

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian & English);

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;

• A ''Team-Player'' attitude.
