We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our Hotel team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Handle reservations, check-outs, and billing
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it is welcoming and organized

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher)
• Proficiency in French or German (both written and spoken)
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
