JUNIOR SALES MANAGER, 100%
based in our Milan Office
You enjoy sales and contact with our customers and colleagues throughout Europe? Good English skills, sound knowledge of MS Office, organizational talent and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths?

What to expect?
■ Achieve growth and meet sales targets
■ Develop and implement a strategic business plan to increase market share, including local market marketing campaigns to drive sales
■ Responsible for customer relationship management, existing customer development, sales & assortment analysis and new customer acquisition
■ Point of contact for sales representatives and key accounts
■ Organize and conduct product training (online and on-site), events and trade shows
■ Identify emerging markets while being fully aware of new products and competitive status
■ Close communication with European Headquarters in Austria
Requirements & Skills:
■ Excellent English skills
■ Reliable and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
■ Comfortable traveling on business for several days at a time
■ Excellent analytical and communication skills
■ A dynamic, creative, customer- and solution-oriented personality with a vision and an entrepreneurial spirit
