Job Title: Tour Leader (Golf Cart Tours and Segways / E-bikes)
About Us:
Rolling Rome is a unique and exciting tour company that offers golf cart tours of the beautiful city of Rome. Our mission is to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience, showcasing the city's rich history, culture, and landmarks in a fun and engaging way.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Tour Leader to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding experience for our guests. As a Tour Leader, you will be responsible for leading groups of visitors around Rome, sharing your knowledge and passion for the city, and ensuring that our guests have a fun and memorable time.
Responsibilities:
* Lead groups of visitors on golf cart tours / segways / e-bikes, providing engaging and informative commentary on the city's history, culture, and landmarks.
* Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of Rome's history, culture, and attractions to deliver accurate and engaging tours.
* Greet guests and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the tour.
* Drive / ride the golf cart / segway safely and responsibly, following all traffic laws and regulations.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
* Collaborate with other members of the Rolling Rome team to ensure that all tours run smoothly and efficiently.
* Continuously improve and update your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Rome's tourism industry.
Requirements:
* High level of English (spoken and written).
* Strong storytelling skills and ability to engage and captivate an audience.
* Positive outlook on life and a passion for working with people from around the world.
* Hard-working and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Enthusiastic about local history and culture, with a desire to share your knowledge with others.
* Valid driving license B in Italy (essential).
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays (required)
