Why this role is important for us:
At SimCorp Italiana, our Information Technology and Application Managed Services team is the backbone of our operations. We are responsible for delivering high-quality services to our SimCorp Sofia clients, both externally and internally. Our IT team ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology systems and infrastructures.
What you'll be responsible for:
Services:
  • Provide reliable support for SimCorp Sofia clients, including application management, SaaS clients, and scheduler monitoring.
  • Conduct technical analysis for new clients and projects, and offer pre-sales support.
  • Manage new client installations, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Support VPN and client connections, and assist with SimCorp Sofia Business Services.
  • Collaborate with development and consulting teams to set up and maintain Sofia test environments.
  • Deliver business support services, including reporting and Microsoft Power BI.
IT:
  • Administer SimCorp Italiana's systems, including domain and Active Directory, virtual infrastructure (hosts and MS Azure), and virtual machines.
  • Manage WSUS, Citrix farm, and application services (Antivirus, MS Office, etc.).
  • Oversee local licenses, agreements, and the management of servers, PCs, printers, phones, and other devices.
  • Ensure network storage, backup management, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
  • Administer network services, including DHCP/DNS, switches, VLANs, and Wi-Fi.
  • Manage IT suppliers, including selection, contracts, and relationships.
  • Provide internal IT help desk support for hardware and software issues.

  • Extensive knowledge of hardware, TCP/IP, Windows Server, Active Directory, and client-server architecture.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
What would be a plus:
  • Experience with SimCorp Sofia administration, Citrix, MS Azure, networking, MS Office administration, and scripting (VBS, PowerShell).
