Vistex Senior Functional Consultant will provide technical expertise and consulting for implementation of Vistex products. Must be willing and commit to learning Vistex product offerings (including Agribusiness suite) and the Go-To-Market solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the implementation of Vistex modules for large SAP project / rollouts, ensuring successful project delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact, from the solution perspective, for clients, addressing escalations, clarifying design issues, and managing scope control to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
• Coach and train a team of functional consultants, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops, develop comprehensive designs and process flows, and secure client approval on blueprints and project documentation.
• Continuously engage with new Vistex features and market trends, incorporating innovative solutions into project implementations to maintain cutting-edge expertise.
• Identify and present additional revenue opportunities within ongoing projects to the client partner/PM, driving project growth and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Get a clear understanding of Vistex software functionality and map customer business requirements to the Vistex solution.

Experience

Required

• 8 year(s): • SAP experience is a must
• Must have led and delivered at least two SD/MM module implementations for large SAP rollouts and coached/trained a team of at least three functional consultants. These projects should be international, regardless of the candidate's location.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicating with client project managers, OTC leads, and solution architect leads on topics such as escalations, design clarifications, reopening closed requirements, misinterpretations, scope control, project delays, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering workshops, creating designs/process flows, and obtaining client sign-off on blueprints.
• Strong interest in configuring SAP systems, exploring new features released by SAP, and continuously learning and following market trends.
• Willingness to collaborate with functional consultants in system configuration, rather than working alone.
• Ability to identify additional revenue opportunities in ongoing projects, frame these opportunities, present them to the client partner/PM, and convince the client of their importance alongside the client partner/PM.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance processes both internally within Vistex and externally towards the client. Must value documentation as an integral part of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines.
• Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Vistex knowledge or implementation experience

Education

Required

• Bachelors or better in Information Technology or related field
