Fidia is prioritizing its R&D efforts in areas with the greatest scientific and commercial promise, such as Joint Care, Eye Care, Skin Care, Aesthetic Care, Regenerative Care, Primary Care and Specialty Care.

To strengthen our global marketing team at Fidia's headquarters in Abano Terme, we are looking for a

Global Senior Product Manager – Aesthetic Care

You’ll lead the marketing management of Aesthetic Care portfolio, involving proprietary hyaluronic acid-based products and autologous biological treatments, developing strategy, improve go-to-market model, support commercialization as well as ensuring continuity of the pipeline. Working closely with various functions, you’ll have a direct impact in building our Aesthetic Care franchise’s regional and global presence.

Main responsibilities:
  • Lead annual planning cycles and generate business plans, launch readiness plans aligning all functional groups behind common goal.
  • Prepare annual operating plan, marketing communication materials and platforms with external agencies, ensuring efficient use of digital ecosystem with a customer centric approach.
  • Oversee development of product claims, together with PMs and medical affairs.
  • Lead design and implementation of customer training programs in collaboration with medical affairs teams and consultant doctors.
  • Identify patient touch points and prepare insight based patient communication materials.
  • Represent the category during medical conferences, sales meetings, and customer visits.
  • Lead product development (or acquisition) decisions for current and future products; determine the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements.
  • Maintain strong therapy and product knowledge; support internal (sales force and distributors) education programs and product trainings as required.
  • Work closely with affiliate marketing and management teams to ensure strategic alignment, providing support upon request and effectively manage direct reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing or medical specialties and preferably MBA.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the role, preferably with international exposure.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Medical Aesthetic portfolio management, preferably in dermal filler or aesthetic medicine segment.
  • Preferable experience with effective use of digital marketing tools and direct to consumer communication.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Planning and organizational skills, analytical skills and result orientation, as well as creative thinking.

  • Salary between € 52.000 and € 60.000 and short-term incentives based on the achievement of objectives.
