Customer Relations:

  • Collaborate closely with business development and account teams to negotiate customer agreements for Spares service levels. Execute processes in alignment with these agreements.
  • Take ownership of meeting Spares and Logistics customer commitments.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Operations and Infrastructure:

  • Design and implement customer supply chain solutions, emphasizing operational excellence for Spares parts and refurbishment operations, as well as reverse supply chain processes.
  • Continuously improve performance based on agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Regularly report and review progress.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members and the Global Logistics department to achieve KPI targets.
  • Provide support to account sales and engineering teams while ensuring business growth.

Strategic Development:

  • Develop and maintain an optimal infrastructure for the LPE Business, aligning it with company and functional strategies. This infrastructure should support the account team approach.
  • Make informed trade-off decisions that align with company and global business unit strategies.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a large international Semiconductor or IT company, with a background in Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, or Procurement/Sales.
  • Proven track record in managing Spares, Customer Fulfillment, and Logistics operations.
  • Ability to influence decisions and processes that impact KPI performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, leveraging analytics and collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of business complexity, supply chain dynamics, and relevant markets.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, decision-making, people management, and project management skills.
  • Experience with change management and Continuous Improvement Programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and SAP is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
