The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a SEO Specialist to join our great team in Brugherio (MB).
In this role you will support our strategy by planning,su executing and controlling campaigns in assigned performance marketing channels (Channels: Search & Shopping, Affiliate & Paid Social, Retargeting, SEO).

Your Impact
Reporting to the Performance and Retention Marketing Manager you will:
  • Develop a detailed weekly & monthly plan on Sales, New Names and Incremental Ebit derived from SEO and Performance Marketing Channels that is in-line with the in market Customer Plan as well as in market Digital Sales Plan.
  • Set up the needed actions for site optimization and the needed campaigns in assigned performance marketing channels – apply identified market as well as QI best practices doing so.
  • Evaluate weekly monthly results vs. plan and find actions together with Performance Marketing Manager.
  • Develop and Present out new business opportunities in addition to pre-defined budgets.
  • Establish relationships with main partners of the assigned performance marketing channel.
  • Develop business plans based on current results and open opportunities, execute test scenarios together with these partners.
  • Scout new potential activities for SEO optimization and partners within assigned channel.
What You Bring
  • At least 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing/SEO activities.
  • Experience in driving profitable sales and customer development.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Siteimprove) and Performance Marketing Tools (e.g. Google and/or Adobe Analytics use, Implementation or testing of Pixels, Tealium or Tag Manager).
  • Experience setting up on site and off site SEO optimizations and setting up campaigns in assigned performance marketing channel, e.g. Search & Shopping (Google and Bing Platforms) or Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok).
  • Experience setting up on site and off site SEO optimizations and technical knowledge of SEO such as managing the robots.txt file, the XML sitemap, 301 redirects, canonical URL structures.
  • Knowledge of content trends and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience working on different levels up to executive level and to work in an international environment with teams in different markets.
  • Experience in translating data insights into clear actions and having the capability to convince and engage other stakeholders.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
