Main duties

• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of customer service skills
• Perform field service for all Bystronic equipment and products
• Troubleshoot and repair with minimum assistance
• Complete machine relocation independently
• Conduct installations start-ups and commissioning of equipment
• Provide 1st level technical field support
• Instruct customer on metal applications, machine procedures and operation and safety
• Demonstrate Technical Specialist ability on one or more products
• Build positive relationships with customers

Requirements

• Mechanical/Electrical educational background
• Minimum of 2-3 years maintenance, installation and/or service experience
• Work overtime and weekends if necessary
• 90% travel
• Speak both official languages clearly (Italian and English)
• Need to be able to make effective decisions, as well as creatively build effective programs to increase sales and build customer satisfaction based on business needs
• Adapt at balancing priorities based on repair workload
• Demonstrated ability to perform well as a self-starter and work well in a team environment
