nss is a creative media agency that explores the link between fashion and street culture creating unique projects. We are looking for an intern to join the events team, passionate about fashion, with organization skills and a creative approach.
Scope of Assignment
  • Support the event team in day-by-day work for organising and producing events
  • Work within timelines and deadlines
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time
  • Work closely with the creative team to improve workflows and ongoing processes
  • Focusing especially on events production and management
  • Management of events team agenda and calendar
  • Strong problem solving and ability to collaborate with both creative and executive teams
  • Improve and optimize workflows with various teams

Qualifications
- From 0 to -1 years of Project Management experience in the creative industry
  • Resilience and ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Strong organizational sense and ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of the nss aesthetic and target
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Enjoying working in a forward-thinking, dynamic team
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package and Keynote
