The mission is to drive the Technology platforms in each phase, guaranteeing the achievement of the milestones from the Technology definition to each maturity step and contributing to the industrialization. It is accountable for the execution of the power Technology plans: elaborating the development roadmaps, fixing the milestones, securing the allocated resources and monitoring the adherence of the progress vs the plans. It is also in charge of managing the portfolio of technologies : for its scope, coordinates and consolidates the strategy with the various stakeholders, and ensures updated understanding of competition landscape.
