Your Mission

The Project Manager oversees and manages the execution of Line Solutions (LS) projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring Lead Time (LT) and On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery of all solutions, covering a wide range of products, complexity levels, and refurbishment projects.

Project Execution tasks:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, from project launch, engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, supplier delivery, assembly, and Final Acceptance Tests (FAT) to the preparation of relevant technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and scope completion within the Line Solutions organization.

Collaboration tasks:

• Work closely with the Project Manager Services Team to fully define the project scope of supply, aligning with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to secure cost efficiency and maintain targeted Lead Times.

Performance Management tasks:

• Plan, control, and coordinate activities within the Line Solutions organization to meet project execution goals.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.

Customer Satisfaction tasks:

• Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues promptly.

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master Degree (Management Engineering degree is a plus.).
• Organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English fluency.
• Team-working skills.
