BC Service is an international service company specializing in naval safety and fire protection systems. We are worldwide company with our branches in America, Europe and Asia. Our customers are the major players in cruise and cargo.

Summary:

The main purpose of this role is to perform all duties related the Quality department. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager will have the responsibility to support the department’s activities

Key responsibilities

  • Organization, management and follow up of specific safety trainings according to Italian D.Lgs 81/08;
  • Management of all the task related the training course organization: administrative, logistic, ecc;
  • Online sponsorship through social media channel;
  • Certification sponsorship and sales support activities (via, email and phone, customer visit);
  • Management and follow up with Training Institutions uploading of certificates in the internal digital system;
  • Preparation and delivery of Quality report to Project Manager ensuring deadlines follow up
  • Update report systems and the upload of certifications
  • Operational support for Safety Responsible (RSPP) (documents, PPE, collecting info from different departments, etc.)
  • Operational support for quality and environment consultants (updating documents, collecting information/data from different departments, check of documents in view of audits)
  • Support of the activities required during the audits

Required qualification

  • High School Certificate
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Fluent spoken and written English

Required experience, knowledge & skills :

  • Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Confidence in using digital channels and social media
  • Previous experience in technical service training or sales training is a plus
  • Willing to travel
  • Ability to interact, communicate effectively
  • Adherence to deadlines, detail oriented person
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6-12 mesi

Retribuzione: €23.000,00 - €24.000,00 all'anno

Disponibilità:

  • Dal lunedì al venerdì
