Arcese is looking for a Customer Service Specialist in Rovereto (TN).

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:

• Build and develop relationships with customers based on trust and competence;
• Understand customer needs, provide support with effective handling of requests and complaints;
• Manage order-in through our computer systems, from which you will also analyse volumes and kpi;
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to satisfy the needs of client companies.

• You are fluent in English (other languages will be a plus)
