YellowSquare is looking for a Senior Receptionist/ Receptionist Supervisor for his Hostel in Rome. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Receptionist/Receptionist Supervisor to join our team in Rome. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a genuine passion for hospitality, and consistently deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing bookings.
• Handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Preparing bills, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensuring the security of the hostel by patrolling hallways, common areas, entrances, and other key locations.
• Addressing guest complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
• Flexibility to work 8.5-hour shifts, covering 24 hours a day, Monday through Sunday.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
