Money in the bank (via bank transfer)
At Indeed, you’ll be paid monthly on the last working day of the month. As part of your on-boarding, you will be required to provide your local bank details to facilitate the payment via bank transfer.
Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
Indeed’s equity-based incentive program.
Restricted Stock Units or “RSUs” are equity-based incentives issued by an employer in the form of company shares. At Indeed, RSUs allow recipients to receive shares, subject to vesting and other conditions, in our parent company, Recruit Holdings. Recruit is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in Japan under symbol 6098.T.
Introduced in 2021, RSUs support long-term value creation and alignment with company performance.
RSUs may be granted to eligible employees as part of Indeed’s total rewards approach. For roles eligible for RSUs, employees will receive a new hire grant value and grant date in their offer letter.
The RSU long-term incentive program is designed to:
- To encourage employees to think like owners
- To align incentives with company performance
- To reward employees for the company’s financial success

Meal Vouchers

Indeed partners with Eden Red to provide you with meal vouchers so that you are always covered for your lunch time! They are redeemable against a list of participating restaurants.
Your meal vouchers will be visible from the next available payroll.
Income Protection
Life Insurance
Peace of mind for the people in your life.
All Indeed employees are eligible for basic Life Insurance benefits. This benefit is equal to 1 times your annual gross salary and is payable to the beneficiary of your choice.
Accidental Death and Disability
Financial support when the need arises.
AD&D is provided through Allianz and you are automatically signed up when you join Indeed Italy.
In case of death in work caused by an accident, your beneficiaries will be entitled to 4 times your gross salary.
In case of permanent/partial disability caused by an accident, 5 times your gross salary is made payable.
