Job Description:

• You will leverage communication as a key enabler of cultural alignment, knowledge sharing, and organizational transformation
• You will help shape and scale internal communication approaches that foster engagement and collaboration across regions
• You will support the transition toward more effective and connected ways of working globally

Key Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, internal communications, events)
• Support the development and the refining messaging and campaign assets to ensure clarity, consistency, and audience engagement
• Help translate complex technical and technological topics into clear, accessible, and engaging content
• Support global communication initiatives tied to the UNIFY program, enabling knowledge sharing and cultural alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and business stakeholders) to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
• Help to maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and quality across all deliverables
• Support the monitoring of campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and content effectiveness
• Contribute to best practices in content dissemination to increase reach and impact, particularly in internal communication environments
• Assist the team to ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements

(External) English Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Strong interest in integrated marketing and internal communication, with a desire to learn how campaigns drive business impact
• Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, simple, and engaging messages (with guidance)
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, tone, and audience
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to follow processes and manage multiple deliverables
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams
• Curious and proactive learner, especially in technology-related content and communication practices
• Analytical skills with an interest in tracking performance and improving content effectiveness
• Autonomous, adaptable, continuous improvement mindset
