Purpose of the Role:
Full ownership of the HPE Business Unit, including P&L responsibility, commercial strategy, vendor relationship management, and business development. The role involves working closely with both internal teams and HPE to drive profitable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the BU strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Manage commercial and sales relationships with HPE and key stakeholders.
• Lead pricing and profitability strategies in collaboration with optimization teams.
• Drive business development initiatives, including onboarding of new vendors.
• Oversee the full product and vendor lifecycle, ensuring system accuracy and contract compliance.
• Coordinate quarterly business planning and execution with HPE.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working with HPE and deep understanding of the IT channel ecosystem.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• People management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic planning and business case development capabilities.
• Proficiency in SAP R3, Business Warehouse, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and fast-paced environments.
