For our Milan location (Porta Romana, with some flexibility for remote work), we are looking for an Architecture & Interior Design Intern to support the design, development, and daily improvement of our spaces. With five active construction sites in Naples, Bologna, Milan, Venice, and Catania, you will join us during a thrilling phase of expansion.

What we offer:

• A structured internship path (Two Tracks):

  • Student Track (Curricular): Part-time (20 hours/week) for 2 months. Allowance: €400 per month. (Can count towards academic credits, subject to university approval).

  • Graduate Track: Full-time (40 hours/week) for 3 months. Allowance: €800 per month.

Who are we looking for?

• A student in the final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree (for the Student Track) OR a recent graduate in Architecture or Interior Design (for the Graduate Track).

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, InDesign, and Photoshop. Familiarity with SketchUp, Rhino, or another 3D modeling tool is a plus.

• Working knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace.

• Basic Italian or basic English: Either language is sufficient to start, but we welcome a willingness to improve through daily teamwork.

• Attention to detail, curiosity, and a highly organized approach.

• A proactive mindset—someone willing to ask questions, propose solutions, and follow tasks through.

• A strong interest in both the design of new spaces and how they perform in everyday use.

• Availability for occasional site visits and travel within Italy.

• Note: We do not expect you to know everything already. We want someone keen to learn, who takes ownership of their work and enjoys making things happen.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Architecture & Interiors: Preparing layouts, 2D drawings, 3D models, material proposals, and presentations for new openings and improvements to existing properties.

• Feasibility & New Projects: Helping assess potential buildings through site visits, layout studies, and preliminary research into design and permitting requirements.

• Project Coordination: Supporting our five active construction projects by updating drawings, tracking open points, and coordinating information between all parties involved.

• Materials, Furniture & Suppliers: Researching products, requesting quotations, comparing options, and supporting purchasing.

• Facility Management: Working with our maintenance and operations teams to understand practical issues, explore solutions, and help coordinate suppliers and interventions.

• Project Documentation: Keeping drawings, technical documents, and project information impeccably organized and up to date.
